July 4

We hung around town for Michael's first 4th of July celebration. We went downtown for a local celebration and the girls got enjoy a "donkey" cart ride and a "bucket" train ride. They both said that they were fun. Claire had a little bit more caution in her eyes as she rode around in the train but she smiled the whole ride through. After going downtown we enjoyed the late afternoon with Grammy and Papa. Good food and good company. The girls enjoyed their evening by playing on the jungle gym, swimming pool, sprinker and sandbox. Dad, Grammy, and Papa then took the girls downtown to enjoy the local firework show. Claire feel asleep during the fireworks but Megan stayed awake for the whole thing. It was a late night but was a great way to celebrate a great family day..
